I'm having graphics and performance issues with Windows 8.1. I've attached a screen shot. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Try setting your graphics to 'Application Selected', or something like that. Does your game crash a lot? If so, add the code -CPUCount:1 to the Target of the SimCity 4 shortcut... :)

I believe the cardinal rule of any bug reporting forum is search, search, search. You are not the first with the problem (most likely, anyway).

 

 

Read up and try to search for answers before posting a new thread. Recent threads are much easier to garner support responses because users may be following them and get notified. Plus then you don't appear like a lazy newcomer (Forum censors presumed derogatories)
