High Tec Factory

Hello there,

 

I´m trying to iniciate the processor factory but it tell´s me there are no "High Tec" factory, is this an $$$ factory? or is there another way?

 

Can anyone help?

Actually it's not high tech but rather medium tech. You need to have 5 medium tech industrial buildings in your city in order to unlock the processor plant. This has nothing to do with wealth ($) but with tech level which should be two stars.

A community college close to your industry should give you the 5 medium tech industry you need.
