Please Help with Monorail

I am new to using the NAM 3.1 and I don't know what pieces or how to build the monorail.

 

I have a screenshot of the station, and I have the Monorail (other side) piece in place, what track should I be dragging to it? All I can find is the elevated rail piece and that doesn't connect. Can someone please show me what pieces I need to use?

Do you have either SC4 Deluxe or Rush Hour?  Those are needed for monorail.  The monorail tracks are located in the rail menu.

Yah, you clearly have SC4 Deluxe because you were able to install the NAM. And also, you have avenues. There's a draggable monorail network than came with the game, and is located in the bottom of your rail menu.

You are looking in the wrong menu.  The monorail stuff is at the end of the railway menu.  The stations are quite separate from elevated rail, as are the stations.  Just lay down the tracks and drop the stations on top of them.  If you get refusal, clear out things like ped malls and put them back afterwards.
