Dependency Problem! 4-Way Intersection Avenue

Help me please.  My wife and I share a computer and our love for Simcity 4 and she has asked me to come here for help.

Shes building a new city.

When she builds a 4 way avenue intersection all seems well but as soon as she puts zones nearby these brown boxes appear on all sides of the intersection.

Any idea what dependency we are missing?

Did you install some kind of stoplight replacement mod? What was the mod you downloaded last?

Perhaps there's a missing dependency in a tree replacement mod or something.... But that's weird, I don't even think anything really goes there.

It looks like you are using an outdated version of the Light Replacement Mod. Please upgrade to version 5.1 (see my STEX files) and reclick on every avenue intersection to make the brown boxes go away.

Just got home and installed your Simcity 2013 Light Replacement Mod and it worked!!! My wife and I are thrilled.

 

Shes an avid MLP fan and says you deserve a cutiemark for it haha
