trade depot/trade port not supplying to factories

Hi,

 

I'm experiencing a problem with the trade depot/trade port, at first it was only the raw ore not being supplied to my alloy factories so i decided to demolish my alloy factories and imported alloy directly from the global market...but now my trade depots and trade ports are not supplying alloy to my factories and my money is slowly getting burned and I can't do anything about it because my city is entirely dependent on my trading. Is anybody experiencing the same problem, and if anyone has a solution to this...help please! T_T

btw I went to the help center and asked about my issue and the guy I was chatting with told me to try using the recovery.exe (recovery pack) and still the problem persists...anybody please....help!

One thing you might want to do is go into the City Specialization menu and select the Trade button. This highlights your depots and all the Depot based supply trucks running around (Regional & Local). You can see if they got stuck in traffic somewhere.

 

The only other thing I can think of is if your working on a Great Work with this city. The Trade Depot seems to send out its own supply trucks to make deliveries rather than using global trucks. Depending on distance (and server latency) they could be gone for a while.

 

Finally the quick test... bulldoze the trade port's supply truck garages and rebuild them to see if it spawns new trucks and watch where they go.

TY so much. I didn't think to try this, I had full trade port with all the materials I needed to send to my various factories, but they weren't going anyways, and slowly my savings was being dwindled due to non production. Deleted all my truck garages and rebuilt them, and voila. Everything is working again.
