outside city limits build up

hey there guys, I'm new here, so if I'm posting this msg at the wrong forum, please let me know!

 

anyway, I used the outside limits build up option in order to build extra entrances to my city and lately, EA updated simcity yet again.

 

Now, I don't know if you've noticed that, but once they've updated the game, you can build half of the extra slots for the special buildings (2 extra 150 students classes per school instead of 4 etc.) and in order to fix that, one needs to upgrade his outside city limits build up ext. - the thing is, I can't find the latest upgrade to that via google (the website I used shares a link to this website, though now, there's no update possible to download from there...)

 

Please help me.

I have exactly the same issues. The game is counting two of many things that are added on, like trash trucks, ambulances etc. I'm thinking about just uninstalling the build outside city limits mod. That is, if I can figure out how...

well, there are only two options:

uninstall the game and reinstall it - all the data should be saved due to the fact that you're playing online and saving everything on EA's servers, the only shitty thing is that once you city reaches over 40k population - traffic is a $%&^!.

update the mod once you've found a link to download it...lol
