New player- Looking for a few people to make a fresh region with

I just got the game a week or so ago, and would like to start a region and have people to play with that are socially active, help out eachother, etc.
I don't much care the themes or such for a region & the towns/citys, Just however it works out. Mostly a laid back player here.
