Still no disasters?

Part of the fun of building is destruction, when it comes to games, in my opinion.

 

Is it true there are still no disasters in Cities XL still? I think I heard something about the devs wanting a "creation focused game" and last time I checked (a long time back) this game didn't offer much in terms of natural disaster stuff.

 

Can anyone clear this up?

Yep, Cities XL Platinum still doesn't have disaster. But if you want disasters, better go for SimCity 4 Deluxe + mods. :P

Cities in Cities XL are disaster proof.

I'd rather not with the disasters. It became rather annoying in sc4 because if I encountered financial issues I would nuke the city...yeah.
