Simcity doesn't start

Someone, please help me. I bought Simcity 5 a few days ago and I really want to play it, but it doesn't want to start. I installed it and ran it and it worked fine, it said it needed to update and gave me a "start over". I pressed it and waited and the whole thing shut down. Then it started up again and loaded to 100%, then it said "start over because of update" again. I pressed that and it shut down. Then, my computer says it can't find the files and that I need to install it all over again. Now I've been doing this for 2 hours straight, please help me! D:
