Hello friend I hope you are well, only that i would know if you can explain how to create mods, i just want to create a mod on the roads, by what I see you are a professional in that topic therefore and downloaded all their mod and i am still motivated to create at least one. Thank you for your time, I expect your prompt response. Oooo the program that tried to use in simcitypack do not know if this is the program that you use.
