Budget and money

I get a messege on the right side in the budget window that shows like a - it called "embezzlement" at least when i translate from swedish to english on google tranclate:)

 

Förskingring on swedish.

 

What is this and how can i make it go away. I think its a police mather when i dont have a police station in my city.

The "embezzlement" is a crime problem.  If there are criminals in your city that are not being caught by the police, they more up from smaller crimes, to this crime and steal from your city, and then if they still are not caught, they progress to murder.

 

To get rid of this problem, just increase you police coverage and it will eventually just go away!!

I spelled it wrong, but here is a thread on the subject. Mostly it comes from other cities in the region that you are connected to.
