active Looking for Active Mayors [N.A. East 1]

Just started a brand new region in Viridian Woods.  I'm looking to make an awesome region with all the cities filled and build the great works! I dont necessarily want mayors to play all day every day, but I am looking for people to play every now and then and try to keep the region active everyday, even for just a little bit which is why I made it private to keep out the players who start a city, play for an hour, and then never come back!
