No Sound - Digital Output

Does anybody else run the game with a Creative Soundblaster Z using the digital output?

 

My sound outputs through the digital optical output to an amp that then outputs to speakers - I ran the game fine using an old analog sound system - but since I've switched to using digital I hear no sound at all from the game. Others work fine, and muisc DVDs etc all play fine.

 

Anybody else had this problem? I'm fully up to date with all drivers, patches etc. - I've looked in the audio settings of the game but cant see an option to choose the output I want.

Intel i5 2550K

16 GB RAM

Geforce 560TI

Creative Soundblaster Z 

Windows 7 - 64 Bit
