Hey,

 

In 1 region ive got a few city's witch i all play myself. When i start a new city im sending some (start) money from 1 of my (old) citiys who hase enough of it

I know this is only possible when the 2 are connected

Now i have in send money 2 a new city but in region view the major who wants to take the money home to his city goes back after he has the money but keeps driving circles around his city?

 

gift in region says that its in progress??

 

Now i know it can take a while but after an houre i give up

 

You know whats wrong??

Sometimes it takes more that a while. Usually around one or two sim days, but may take longer.
