Can someone help me ? all the mods I have put in the plugins folder, in game when I try and put them in they appear as a big brown box with simcity in red all over them.

I have downloaded and installed the dependencies required for the mosts to work and put all other files in my plugins folder and still no help ?

Also can someone explain how I would go abouts removing the installed files once I dont want them no more ?

You are either missing dependencies or have failed to include the proper files in your plugins folder.  Files that go into the plugin folder include:

.dll

.dat

.sc4lot

.sc4desc

.sc4model

A brown box is symptomatic of a missing model file.

Are you sure your game is updated to at least version 1.1.638...?  If not, the custom content won't work.

As for removing the content you no longer want, you simply pull it out of the Plugins folder.  But you need to make sure you know which one is the correct file to remove.  Also, if you pull it out of your Plugins, you'll get a notice in your game telling you certain plugins are missing, and you'll again see brown boxes.  So be sure to remove the custom content from your city first before you pull the file out of your Plugins folder.
