Rail & El rail tool position in the menu

It's not really a problem, more like a slight annoyance: the position of the rail  and the elevated rail tools have changed in my game menu. Usually they are both on the top of their respective submenus, but for some reason now the draggable rail is located under the wrc for rails, and the draggable el rail appears right below the dual decker pieces for NWM.

 

Just before, I remember I modified something in the simcity1;dat and had to reindex prior to save. Could this be the trigger? I tried to reopen and reindex the dat again, didn't change a thing.

 

If anyone knows how to restore the item position, I'd be glad to hear

The new NAM (31.1) has some options that reorder the menus.  Try turning them off by using the custom install.

I think that one reason they're reordered is that these two items have easy-to-use keyboard shortcuts - 't' for rail (train), and Control-t for el rail.
