The game quits unexpectedly without giving me signals an error or malfunction.
even windows reveal anything.
Does anyone know advise me??

Unfortunately, that could be exactly your problem, especially if you're running the NAM.  Are you running NAM 31 or NAM 31.1?  If so, please download the 4GB patch and use it to patch SimCity4.exe.

That pretty much depends on personal preference and how powerful your graphics is.  Generally, the max settings are not too hard on modern graphics cards.

Run the patch executable, and then select your "SimCIty 4.exe" file when you get the Open File dialog.  The file is in the "Apps" subfolder.

ok did what you said, open the file in, simcity.exe the Apps folder.
It is created: simcity 4.exe backup.
And 'correct??

Yes, that is normal.  The backup is your original file.
