Looking for region with voice

Is there a region with space that also communicates over skype or vent? I find being able to communicate with people without resorting to a little chat box makes things more fun.

 

If not would anyone be interested in starting a new region like that?

 

My origin name's Aurzel feel free to add, and I'm on GMT time but am open to play most of the time.
