German orthogonal intersections

Hello to all,

 

is there a way to make the intersections always look like on the figure below?

If I put a medium or high residential Zone next to the intersection the textures changes into one with zebracrossings. This doesn't look really german at all.

This is a design choice I made. The striped crossings are for low density, when you have little pedestrians and so the cars should have priority. However, when you zone medium density or high density, you get zebra crossings because there are more pedestrians using those intersections and therefore a zebra crossing is used. This is a more common practice in other European countries.

Remember, the Euro textures are not specifically designed for Germany, but for European countries in general. This means that there may be local deviations of those markings in other countries, but in general, it should look more European. I can please a lot of people with the design, but not all. And that will always be the case, no matter what design choose.
