Help With 3D-Analyze and Sim City 4 Deluxe

I need some help with 3D-Analyze v2.36b and Sim City 4 Deluxe. I want to load Sim City 4 Deluxe with 3D-Analyze to make it run faster, but when I select the EXE and try to run it, it says "There are no more files", and it won't run the game with 3D-Analyze. So how do I fix this problem?

 

When I get that fixed, then what setting should I put in to get it to run at its best?

 

Please help me with these problems.

The game is sensitive to debug tools and if it detects any, will not run.  I think you are out of luck.

 

BTW, it won't run any faster.  It runs the core to 100% and that's as fast as you can go.  You should have the command line option -CPUcount:1 set to control the dispatch algorithm but that's as much tuning as you are going to get.  Remember this is a legacy game written in 2003.
