Hello everyone!

It is passed maybe more than a 3 years that i reported bug on educational system, i was then one of few that noticed that bug.

my original post was this:

"I builded city with around 800 000 people. It pased around 100 years.  Everything was working perfectly, and then suddenly odd thing hapened... My R$$$ desirability droped very bad. I discovered that citywide school grade (query on residental building) droped to low on R$$$, and medium on R$$ and R$. On statistical data my education level stays around 180, and city education is 'green'. For experiment, i builded 5 large highschools, 10 large elementary s., 10 librarys, 10 museums in one city part---nothing happened- school grade stays low on R$$$. Of course, i have all kinds of educational buildings covering entire city... this bug is destroying my CO$$$ demant because R$$$ people is leaving city... mayor rating is 100, low air polution, good traffic, commute time short (mostly)... So anyone know what happened??? In my other cityes R$$$ have high school grade with only one elementary school"

I noticed that players is still reporting this bug.

So in recent time i noticed that people actualy have solution for this bug, its your Opera House.

Bug affect the following:

1. your citywide desirability is droped down for all residents especialy for R$$$.

2. your low, medium and high school grade is 'stuck' at medium (or low) forewer.

3. regardless what u build around residental areas your desirability is always medium to low especialy for R$$$. (not too low that no one builds)

4. your big cities actualy grows slower, and gets more low desirability and abadoned buildings.

So  all u have to do is to destroy the opera house and effect is seen almost immediately (it will also effect a little on citywide eq drop), or i think that someone actually posted a opera house bug fix. So if u did that already, thats good.

I just wanted to solve this bug forewer because it costed me alot of frustration and ending unfinished great big cities.
