Tree Missing while moving the screen

Good morning everyone

Sorry for disturbing...but may I ask some question here?

And sorry for my poor English grammer,English is not my mother tougue... :)

 

I haven't play Simcity for some time already because I was quite busy recently..

and today I was lucky as I finally can play Simcity again...hehe
However,I noticed that,when I move the screen,the tree will missing and reappear when I stop moving the screen...I not sure that will this happen or not because I totally have no idea that will this happen during the my previous time...

 

So...is it anything wrong?

I remember that the graphic card in this computer was changed to a better one last month,do it made this happen??
