Has anyone made a road/park height adjuster for bridge making?

Has anyone made a mod so that you can adjust the height of a given road or park

 

There is the complex technique at 

but I'd like to be able to just click an uparrow tool next to the road upgrade tool to move my park or road up to the z direction...so I can snap a bridge to its side then connect it to another road-anchored-to-park a ways off

Edit: cool someone is working on it 

the quitting/reloading is a little clunky, but hopefully new buttons can be added for it at a later stage
