New region on North america east 4 (daily players please)

Starting another region on NA east 4. . . everyone is welcome but please dont claim a city, play for a day and disappear (im sure we've all had this happen!). If everyone could log in at least once every one or two days that would be great. I really want to have everyone playing and use each others resources as it was meant to be played. Please come and join
