Can't find trade depot

I need to place the trade depot to move my recycling stuff out of town, the issue is...I can't find the stinking building!  I am so sick of trying to find this building, the advisers on the right of the screen keep telling me to place one with no hint of how to do it.  PLEASE tell me where I can find it!

Okay easy enough.

On the left of the screen is a few small icons. Click the one that looks like a shield (bottom or 1 up from the bottom) and it will pull up a seperate tab along the bottom. You want the middle one, it's a funny looking @ type thing. To get back to the main building menu, click the button on the left just above the shield
