SNRC Simnational rally championship

Welcome tot he first ever SNRC (Simnational rally championship), here are the rules
 
1. Rallies will be decided through a program called xkorinate
2. There is no need a add/mention a co-driver
3. No Make mixing (the art of entering two cars (for example); one of which is made by derp, while the other is made by herp). Model mixing is allowed though (the art of entering two cars that are the same make but different model one of which is a derpmobile 2000, while the other is a derpmobile 3000)
