Sewage not exporting.

For some reason my city has stopped exporting sewage to the region. My sewage was being my other cities in my region, now all of a sudden sewage is backing up in my city. There is plenty of capacity available in the region. The sewage just doesn't want to go there. The amount of sewage being exported is slowly going down. My city is still connected to the region. So why would it suddenly stop sending sewage?

I don't think I have enough information to comment, but this may be a server syncing issue. If you expanded your sewage capacity in one city, and this is not being recognized in the other city, this is because the game recognizes an older version the said city.

 

Server syncing is known to cause other similar issues when resources are shared with cities, such as workers not commuting, gifts disappearing, etc. As far as I'm concerned, there is no fix for this. I had such a problem when one of my cities didn't recognize that a region department was placed in another.

I have the same problem. I have two connections to other cities in my region to export sewage and yet it's backing up in my city...what gives? One connection I'm only using about 25% of the total capacity.

 

The game problems are SOOO frustrating as from everything I can tell the key to success in this game is specialization which is much easier to do when you can export things like sewage and import water.

I though I would give it a few days to see if the problem fixed it's self but nope still there. I'm only producing 100k or sewage, region has 500k available, but only exporting 80k for some reason. I have it set to buy from everyone have enough cash.

 

Another problem just popped up. Even though I have 100k of extra water being produced and I've never had a power or water shortage in days. All of a sudden my city hall needs water. It's still connected via roads. So I don't know what's happening

My problem is a little bit different, 

When I first build my city exporting swage to another city. Later I build a theratment plant and stop exporting it from the reagion map. But when I click the sewage icon and it shows that its still exporting????

That seems to be a general service problem.

 

The same can happen to Ambulances, Police, Fire Trucks, Garbage Trucks, and Recycling Trucks. You provide a service from your main city whilst you build a new city. Once the new one is up and running, providing it's own services, you cancel the regional help ...... but the help continues and never stops.
