Looking for an active region for challenges and achievements

Hello,

 

I'm looking for an active region to try and get challenges and achievements done.  My ID is KhaosX11.

 

About myself:

I've only been playing single player but I've been constantly getting hit with the rollback error and its frustrating.  I figure for my next playthroughs I'll try and play the game as intended with others in the region.  I've hit 400k near 500k population in one city twice before i got rolledback.  I generally play a few hours a day.
