Another Fun Water Bug!

I had an infinite water loop in my city because with a population of around 500k, I need to force my civilians to drink sewage water. This was working great, the sewage pumps were supplying the much needed dark blue water to my water tables. It all was going nicely .. until.....

 

Asteroids decided to take out my sewage pipes that were supplying my water pumps with much needed water. Well, you say, asteroids taking out my sewage pipes shouldn't affect my water supply immediately, right? Wrong. The moment my sewage pipes were destroyed the water table under the sewage pipes became bleach white. The asteroids apparently destroyed my water table. With a water demand of roughly 700 k/gal and no water left anywhere in my city, my prosperous and thriving city is now dead. There's no way my neighbors can ever supply 700+ k/gal so ... oh well, thanks Sim City for another game breaking bug.
