Hey guys, back again. After figuring out the recyling center bug that took me about a week, ive decided to come back and recruit hardcore mayors to a new 11 city region with 3 great works. I'm looking for 5-10 new mayors depending on how many good mayors there are out there to play in a region that you are free to do as you please to create the best sim cities. (back alley deals with other cities, working cooperatively, or figuring out ways to devasate your neighbors...idk)

Requirments are:

A lvl 15 mansion
Any lvl 3 headquarters
Any city with greater than 500,000 people with at least 10% in the high wealth

Average tourist per day over 25,000
Any private region with a great works. (You were the mayor that supplied the materials for the great works)
