City Fails to load

I am working in sandbox mode. I have built serveral cities. After starting my 4th I can no longer load the first one I made. It just keeps putting up those silly saying about petting goats, herding llamas and such. When I view this city from the Region View it has no buildings. When I'm working in my 4th city, none of my other cities show up on the left where you can click on them to switch. When I'm in one of the two other, older cites that I can load, the newest city does not show up on the left.

 

Anyone else experienceing this? I do'nt think it's related to server load and I suspect there is some corruption. I have also been playing on more than one computer, which had been working fine. Not sure if that related or not.

I experience exactly the same issue, also the 4th, most recent build city, will not load.
