Keeps Crashing. SOMEONE HELPh

Okay so I bought this game on 18th. I played and it was working great. I had to change the graphics even though I made the requirements. 

The pictures were moving extremely slow so I changed the lighting to low and it worked fine but the graphics werent so great but i would live with it. Then the real issue came. I went to play yesterday morning and the launcher opened and I clicked play. Once I did that it went to a black screen and then a pop up appears and it says "Sim City has stopped working" 

Then it says they cannot find a solution. 

So Im wondering is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to fix it? Or did I just waste 60 bucks? 

 

I have uninstalled the game and then tried and it worked but as soon as i quit the same thing popped up. Then I tried to play again and the game didnt work.

I have exactly the same problem too.

 

Was working fine till I updated the game on one of its earlier patches 2 weeks after it was launched, and it keeps crashes whenever i launch the game. 

 

Works again whenever i uninstall-reinstall- patch the game, but the same problem will reappear after i switch off the PC... 

 

Thought that it's because i'm using an old graphics card, and just bought and installed an MSI GeForce GTX650, and i still cant launch it... 

 

Please help : (
