Schools ?

Is it smart to have more than one grade school in your city if one is full. How do increase education level fast ?

I'd imagine. If you want high education levels, you will have to ensure everybody is being educated. Both younger and older Sims.

My last city I wanted to get a processor factory with as low a population as possible...so I put in a grade school to get the 800 in a day attendance and put in a education dept on the city hall to unlock the city college....once I got the city college and the tech level I needed for my industry I bulldozed the grade school when I needed space and put a high-school up because of its higher efficiency...sims don't care what type of school there is as long as there is high enrollment.

For high tech you only need a University. In theory you can destroy all other schools once you built the Uni.
