Takes too long to load cities and transfer gifts

The game takes too long to load cities. I've been waiting for over 30 minutes to switch between cities. Also I transfered Simeleons yesterday and until today they haven't reached the intended city.

As of mid-day yesterday I've been unable to load into any of my cities on North America West 1. I've tried making a new region, same thing.

The city loading issue seems to have been resolved after upgrade. I am using Antartica Server and it is now loading quite faster. On the issue of simeleons transfered, I guess I lost them because they did not reach the intended city.

I had similar issue with disappearing transfers of various kinds, I have noticed it has improved a lot recently. Haven't struck the issue of slow city loads though.
