Looking For Skilled Creators

I have played Sim City on and off since the 2d original on the Amiga, but I have never played it away from following the game blindly before.

However I have decided to take on the task of sculpting and creating an entire region along with the towns and cities within. I have some ideas on existing and fiction that I would like to put into my region, however I am useless when it comes to building them. I am happy to provide links to pictures of the real buildings and also take some pictures nearby if it helps. If a kind and patient creator would like the challenge I would be very grateful.

I currently have a region, which I named, HUNGER GAMES...

So far, all the cities will be named shall be Districts 1-12.
