Reccomend me some mods

Hello there

 

I started to play SIm City 4 again and its an amazing game, but there is a few things I don't like. 

 

1. I think the density of industry is a little low, especially when you get a lot of rich people and build high-tech. I heard there is an industry doubler. I think Quadrupler is too much, but I would like a doubler.

 

2. Commuting times are way too low. I don't see any reason the workers shouldn't travel across the city to work. especially when I got a highway or subway. I hate the fact that workers get unemployed, because I don't build the industry/business right next to the workers. I think the NAM can help me there. But I think NAM only reduces traffic, but doesn't change how long they are willing to commute for.

 

3. Sometimes demand for residental (I have no problems with commercial or industry) in an area drops without reason. It doesn't seem to be dependent on the population density in the area, or the demand for jobs. The city population seem to pull the demand down, and the region population is pulling demand up. Its kind of wierd, cause they have no problems living superdense if you only build residential in one area, but if you build it across the city then your density will be much lower. Is there any mods that fixes this problem?

 

4. I would like to see some more building options.I think STEX can help me there. 

 

5. I want to be able to plop the bus stops on the roads. 

So what mods should I get. Thank you very much for answers.
