Problem with install in origin

hi!

I write from italy.

i have this problem:

i have instert the dvd and install origin.

i have write the user name and psw.

i have insert the code game.

on the origin game ther is the folder simcity size 268MB

 

this morning i have download the file from origin, and now i have this problem:

 

I have the icon "INSTALL" on origin, but wen i press, doens't work.

 

i see only for 1 sec. the bar progress.

 

I have update all windows.

i try to unistall and re-install origin.

 

this is my pc hardware:

win 7 prof.

serv pack 1

intel core 5 3,30ghz

8gb ram

64 bit operation

intel HD Graphics

 

can y help me plz?

same thing happens to me. i got my cd key from a different website cd keys direct.4

 

downloads only 268 mb
