Video card for max settings?

What kind of card do you need for maxed-out settings and no latency? Anyone care to chime in your experience and what card you're using? Thanks

I use a GTX 275 maxed out with a I7-920 CPU. I get a bit of lower FPS when zoomed in but otherwise runs great. You can use that card to compare to newer cards to get an idea.

This card would work well

Or anything better than it, as long as your CPU is not a bottleneck.
