Cannot delete a region?

Private sandbox region that WILL NOT DIE. What gives?

I cant figure out how the delete what I started either. I want to delete a city but dont know how.

The way i have read it your allowed to fill all the slots on the start-up screen. Your allowed to create that many for all the servers. So there is what 8 slots so you would have 8 slots on 8 servers so you could have 64 cities. Problem is they only have 8 servers running. 5 of mine a full or busy. Why the heck can we not delete the city or region. I to have only created a city in the sandbox. Well i have been just playing and goofing off. So i have filled 3 slots on the oceanic 1 server.. Well i figured that i could delete them but well guess what.. I am not able to. Or if i am i do not and am unable to find out how.....
