Air pollution and "Not so Healthy" message...

    So on some of my houses I'm getting a message that says the sims don't like that the area "isn't so health" is this casued by lack of medical buildings or pollution?  I saw a message go by saying my air pollution was rising but I have no visual warnings on my screen telling me to fix that problem and I do have a clinic and hospital near my residences so can't quite figure out how to solve that issue.

     

    Anyone able to shed some light?

    "but I have no visual warnings on my screen" - you have the data layer for pollution... watch it... is the house in an polluted area, then you have your answer... beside that: the message you got is a warning, what do you want more?
