    hello to all guys!
     
    I'm looking for a plugin for commuting workers, I created a city residence and a nearby town industrial.
    the people do not understand that they have to go in 'other city to work.

    The is SimCity 4's biggest mod, and it greatly improves the commuting (pathfinding) engine, as well as adding extra transportation options like trams, highways, etc.  However, the latest release just came out a few days ago, and currently has a lot of bugs, so you might want to use the previous release until there's another update.

     

    Also it's kind of complicated to use, and it might be even more difficult for you since the user guides are only available in English (and maybe Dutch I think?).

     

    If that looks like too much, you can get just the commute-improving part
