Regional funds mod, any exist?

One thing I would love if theirs a mod is if there is any mod to do regional funds or a kinda bank or something that you can put money into from one city that's accessible from any region.

 

As real word especially in Australia has budgets for cities then the state and country (federal) budget.

 

It would be nice if there was a mod to have a money pool for city/region that way if you build a city and go to another one you can transfer some funds to get going instead of having to start fresh new pool of funds each time.

You need the extra cheats dll mod.  The command you want is moolah.  This lets you reset the treasury balance to anything you like within reason (9,999,999,999 if you like).  Be careful of overflowing the counter.  It is a paper tracking operation, but you can use this to sling funds from one city to another.  You can also give grants-in-aid, and when the treasury gets big enough, take it back.

 

Apparently the feature you want is in SC 2013, but it is so crippled in general that I don't want it, yet.  They are starting over.

Ahhh its in simcity 5.

 

Yea that's probably the only way to do it in 4 as its a shame really.

 

I guess they thought as simcity 4 as not as one giant city or area but instead stabdalone individual play cities like houses in the sims or separate save files.

 

I'm going to hold out on the latest simcity and see what it offers and know doubt it will be dlc for everything knowing EA and what they done in the past.
