Mr Saturn64

What's the hardest boss you've done in a video game?

For me, it would be from Pikmin 2, and SPOILERS for that game.

Captain Louie - Has attacks that counter the Pikmin's strenghs, and tearing the robot apart was a pain, but the music, awesome.  The monster pump was a pain to duodge, but you can just knock it off first.  Keeping the Pikmin on guard, attacking at the right time, and strategizing make this the hardest boss I have done.

Some other ones I found hard were:

    Majora - LOZ Majora's Mask

    Bowser - Super Mario 64

Meta Ridley - Super Smash Bros Brawl (Yes, harder than Tabuu)
