Can I change the UI size?

As the title says I want to change my UI size because ATM i have SC4 running at 1366x768 widescreen but the UI is huge. Is there a mod or an easy fix or is it impossible?

A screenshot would help us understand this. I run 1920 x 1080 and don't find the UI to be intrusive. At that vertical rendering height it may be a pain. Can you try a higher number for the vertical? As I recall from running a very high resolution on another monitor, the UI was quite small.

Looks like a normal UI to me. Your problem is your low resolution. Here's one of mine at 1920 x 1080. You get a lot more territory.

You can turn off the UI (temporarily) by pressing Num-Lock.

Depends on your type of screen. Pick something higher from your GPUs control panel. I am running a DVI screen at 1080p. Some go much higher than this as you can see from the last post. If your monitor is capable of running higher resolution pick one that is comfortable for you.

My graphics options gives me up to 1366x768. Will changing the screen res in SC4 be ok?

yes but you'll need the -CustomResolution:Enabled -r1366x768x32 options added to your command line.  Don't forget the space after the closing quote of the complete path name.

I have that string already but i can't go any higher?

In full screen mode you can set it to the maximum resolution of your screen.

 

That's why mine is -CustomResolution:enabled -r1920x1080x32.  If you want to use multiple screens, then you just experiment with a wider setting until you get what you need.
