Trying to load a region

    So I'm trying to install a new region. SC4 Terraformer doesn't work for me, since I'm on Windows 7 x64.

    The region in question is beskhu3epnm's Pacific Rim National Park:

    I have to do the built-in input method.

    However, the map is too dark. If you try it without following instructions, only the highest mountains are above water.

    One instruction is "You will need a plugin of 2000m.dat import mod (8.7693 scale)."

    What is this plugin and how do you configure it?

    Could someone:

    a) generate the region for me

    b) help me find the plugin?

    c) give me/configure the plugin me?
