UK sliproad and junctions?

I was wondering whether as part of the NAM there would be the inclusion of a UK style motorway junctions.

By this I mean, the on ramps are basically exit points at a roundabout that swings beneath or over the motorway.

This would make sense, it would stop blockages and congestion at the entry/exit of the motorway, as cars won't be being cut off by crossing cars so to speak.

This would make a good project for somebody!

Hope that sort of made sense.

You must be talking about these:

You can 'create' that style of junction using One Way roads.
What's going to make it more possible is the Avenue Roundabouts mod that's being worked on

Yes, This might want to be one for the NAM/ Roundabout Development Thread as a joint venture. I must admit, I use one way roads to make mock roundabouts and I bet I'm not the only one!

i imagine it would be quite difficult to create the kind of slip roads and stuff you are suggesting, tons of pathing an stuff...

I do think that the highway junctions do need to be slightly more flexable BUT If you cant mod then it's a problem. The NAM discussion thread (as already mentioned) might be a good idea as would the roundabouts discussin thread (as mentioned) but thats all you can do at the moment!

I would suggest that you hold tight and experiment with one way roads for a while! and possible beg alot in the NAM threads!
