New Member Here - With a quick question!

Hey, everyone! I've played Simcity 4 for years now, and decided to get back into it, so I got Simcity 4 Deluxe. I have a quick question.

First off, I've never installed mods before. I need to know how to install a specific mod. It's this one.

SimoleonRH. The one that gives you extra money. If someone could help me step by step to install this (I suck), I would really appreciate it. I'm sure you probably get several threads like this, but your help is greatly appreciated!

I've never used any type of Money Mod.. I recommend Buggi's in (installed to documents/plugins - don't put it in a folder or Damn / dat pack for best results. )

Using Ctrl X and right clicking / or typing Moolah <value> ie: 1,000,000,000 or 5,000,000,000 etc gives you all the money you need without messing with the simulator.
