sc4terraformer missing tools3d.pyd?

I tried registering at the sc4devotion forums, since they have their own forum for sc4terraformer, but the captcha just won't go through. Or something. So here I am.

Every time I attempt to open terraformer, I get an error telling me to look at the log. Here is the log:
