diagonal turn ramps

    Anyone know of (or can make) a modd where diagonal roads have turn ramps like in SC3K?

    Sure, it's doable.

    For anyone wondering - look at the intersection of the diagonal and straight ROADS, near the bottom of the pic.

    This kind of routing is called a slip lane. Slip lanes were one of the eventual goals of the ATL project, but since t7t is gone, the ATL is kinda frozen.
