Gyros (greek food)

Wiener Schnitzel (austrian food)

Souvlaki (greek food)

Beefsteak

Bauernsalat ( I don't know what's the english word, but it's a salad)

Ah! Another foodie column.

My favourite appetizer: Cuisses de Grenouille a l'ail. (lightly breaded frog's legs)

Entree: Chateubriand Bouquetière (Perfectly cooked tenderloin of beef with seasonal veggies)

Dessert: Strawberries Romanoff (invented in New York, by the way)

Snack: A nice wedge of ripe brie with water biscuits and a glass of champagne.

Also, chocolate in almost any form. I am a chocoholic.

Poutine is a simple addition to that old standby fries and gravy. You just add fresh cheese curds to the fries before you slather on the gravy. No other stuff need be added. The curds, when they are really fresh, will squeak against your teeth when you bite into them.
